Arthur’s funeral service will be held on Thursday 17th December 2015 at South Essex Crematorium and will begin at 12 midday. The Mayor of Havering and his wife will be attending along with representatives of Saint Francis Hospice and other charities supported by Arthur, neighbours and friends. A police guard of honour will be formed outside the crematorium.
